Booking requests
When you submit a booking request, your name, email, optional telephone number, stay dates, guest count and message are stored privately in our secure system for authorized Ekhaya Villas staff to review. Closing the page does not delete a submitted request. A request is not a confirmed reservation.
Website services
Website hosting and remotely served images or fonts may receive standard connection information, including your IP address. A protected connection identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Do not include identity documents, card information or other sensitive personal details in request messages.
Privacy details awaiting verification
The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, data retention periods and guest rights process are awaiting owner verification. No payment or guest account is created by submitting a request.
